Location of the property The Lanzara farm and hotel is located in Sicily, in the north-eastern part of the Menfi countryside, in Contrada San Vincenzo in the province of Agrigento. The property consists of an old "Baglio" (denomination used to designate the ancient Sicilian fortified farms) dating from 1600. Data on agricultural activity The buildings The existing buildings are structured around three courtyards, for a total of 7,988 m2 built and intended for accommodation and production facilities. The vineyards in full productive maturity will reach a total of around 3000 quintals of valuable grapes.
